Can I update my own website pages?

• Yes, this is called a CMS and all our website packages are CMS based software. Joomla or Wordpress
   

Can I add more features to my website at a later date?

We will introduce you to all of the features of the Joomla CMS extensions network, some are free extensions, some are not and we also provide custom extensions and modules. All you need to do is just advise us on what you need. We will then help you work out what's most important for your business. We also provide and custom code Wordpress plugins.
 

Are brought templates used or custom built?

• We provide both and this totally depends on your budget. No matter which package you select; your logo, business branding, images and content is used for a unique appearance.
   

Is my website integrated with social media?

• Yes. All business SEO Packages are integrated with Facebook, Google Plus and Twitter. 

Is my site automatically added to the search indexes like Google and Yahoo? 

• Yes, your website is submitted to these indexes on completion of your website.
   

Do I need to do anything for Search Engine Optimizations (SEO)?

• Your website is like a small fish in a big ocean so it is highly advisable to have your website listed in local search results and local directories. Pay per click advertising and a backlinks campaign with help with long term success. Remember unless you are a global or national company with unique products, potential customers search globally but buy locally and you need to be found on the first page.
   

What if I want to leave RCS Websites? What happens to my data in my website?

• You can cancel monthly support service at any time and take your data with you. RCS will provide you with a zipped up file of your entire website and database.
   

Is the free .com domain name mine to keep?

• Yes, you are the owner of the domain license for the initial period of one year, after one year, you’ll be responsible to renewal at the approximate cost of AUD$9-$24 per year.
